Confused...I have my settings to lose .5 lb a week which is 1530 calories a day. Do I eat my daily calorie restriction of 1530 x 2 or my BMR (1229) x 2 or TDEE (1780) x 2 for my spike day? I also have banked an additional 655 calories from exercise this week...
Sorry I asked his earlier and no one replied so I am trying again...

Not sure I totally understand what a spike day is... but it sounds like if you want to lose 5 lbs per week, your weekly NET total calories should still be 1530 x 7. So if you've earned extra calories from working out or eating less during the week, you eat those on your spike day. I could be wrong, just a guess. Hope that helps.0
