Can I have some advice

Hi everyone, just rounded off week 5 of MFP and my first real crack at weightloss with 13 lbs lost. Should I change my workout now or is it a case of if it aint broke dont fix it. Diary and workout is open i believe but listed what I do below;

Cardio
Mon Tue Thu
5km run 50 mins elliptical
Wed
45 min Spin
Fri
35 min spin 50 min elliptical

Strength
Mon Tue Thur Fri
40 pull ups asst
60 press ups
A mix of leg, chest and arm work (see diary)
Wed
Stretches pull ups and maintenance on muscles

Weekend
Not much, if anything maybe a hike with weighted backpack

Any advice greatly received, im looking for weight loss first then building muscle so I am still in phase one really.

    If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

    You'll plateau soon enough. (I'm not saying that derogatorily, most people plateau at some point) Change it up then. Or if you get bored.

    From your work out diary it would appear that you have no idea what you are doing, or wanting to do (no offense).

    Since its evident that you don't know how to create a routine, i would suggest you follow one of the more popular ones.
