Hi if you have a crockpot you could try salsa chicken. Super easy: chicken breasts, jar of salsa. (I usually add corn and black beans also). Simmer in crockpot for 6-8 hours on low. Shred and enjoy in a low-cal tortilla w/ a bit of cheese. Yum.0
