The Scale

Today I weighed myself. Last week I weighed about 118. This week the scale read 116.something.

Is this accurate!? I always wonder if it's just a "fluke" or whether this my actual weight. Should I wait until I've weighed 116 a few days in a row before changing my weight again?

i was having the same prob, I just purchase my scale friday and I weigh 212 when I weigh in on Monday I was 210 and been 210 for the last 5days
  • I think if it's been 5 days that is probably your weight!
    Good job!!! Keep it up

Just a piece of advice...be sure that you are weighing yourself on the same day of the week at the same time of day. That is probably the best way to get the most "accurate" reading...it has worked for me at least

I dont see why you would think this is a fluke if your doing everything right. If you are concerned that your scale is wrong you can test it by placing a 5 pd weight on it and if it matches then its correct. Other then that I realy think you should be proud of the changes being made. You need to beleive in yourself more!!!! Keep up what your doing its working:happy:
  • Yeah well it's the gym's digital scale and it's at zero before I get on it so Yay! I had also eaten already which should have made me heavier but anyway. I guess it's good!
