A friend showed me a fantastic site. It is easy to use. Fill out the checklist with foods you enjoy, or foods you have on hand. Tell it how many calories you want to eat, and in how many meals. Hit Generate! It gives you a list of foods from your choices to add up to your calories!

Ps. You can also set macro nutrient % and have it calculate that for you, too! I'm so glad I was shown this.

    Yeah, I noticed many eggs as well. I do enjoy eggs and they are cheap! I wonder how to get around that many eggs per day.

    Is this run by the egg marketing board! I like 'em, but not that much.
    It doesn't really work for my way of eating - but I can see it would be good for some people.
