What weight should I be?

Hi. I've always wondered what my actual goal weight should be. I'm 6'1 and currently 239 (down from 247.6.. it still freaks me out to admit that). I have a large frame and am naturally strong/big. All of the 'recommended weight charts say I should be 190! That seems REALLY low for my build, and I fear I would look sick or something (assuming I could ever get that low). So how do I determine what weight I should be? HELP!

    I think the BMR charts are way too low for most guys. My DH is about your height, and I think he's about 200. He's slim. I think between 200 and 210 would be a great goal, but why not start with a goal of 220 and see how you feel?
