"Whey Milk"

I just came across this idea on the web and thought it was a great idea. I try to stay away from breakfast cereal but sometimes eat it as a snack. Using skim milk on it has too many carbs. Using Almond milk works but it doesn't have much protein in it. You can make your own healthier version of milk. Just use a little vanilla protein powder (low/no carb version) mixed with water to create your own whey milk to pour over your cereal. It's actually very tasty.
