If it's seems too good to be true (or too low cal) then it's probably is.

A lesson I once again learnt the hard way last week. I had been looking for low cal biscuits and came across what seemed like a miracle. Dutch Bakery Coffee Break Biscuits, nice big biscuit and only 98kj per bickie. Checked the packaging twice (or three or four times)in case I had misread it but two different nutritional info labels said the same thing. Tried to look it up on the internet but couldn't find anything. So I merrily ate my lovely 23 calorie biscuits as an "icecream" sandwich with chocolate desert topping at less than 100 cals. But.........

Yesterday I went shopping and they have relabelled said biscuits to 418kj - yep about 99 CALORIES per biscuit which means for the 6 biscuits I had over the week, I have eaten 900 calories more than what I thought i had

Just thought I would share as a warning to not always believe what the packaging says, if it seems too low it probably is.
