Jillian Michaels Workout

I'm 165lbs and 5'7. I'm trying to lose a stone, maybe more and tone my legs and arms. Which Jillian Michaels workout do you recommend?

    They are all good, but maybe start with 30 day shred.

    I am a huge Jillian junkie! :) They are all excellent. I think 30 Day Shred is a great place to start as far as a daily program type thing. Or Ripped in 30...slightly tougher but if I can get through it anyone can. ;) My overall favorite of her DVD's though is No More Trouble Zones. It's light on cardio but she still keeps your heart rate decently high through all the strength circuits. It's about 55 minutes long with the warm up and cool down included. Love it! If you are into cardio Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism is the one to try. It's also 55 minutes and you don't need weights... she just keeps you moving. That one is tough for me because cardio isn't my favorite but I really like the two kickboxing circuits.
