its saturday night and nearly 500 calories over my 1200 daily allowance, i am struggling, as i dont think 1200 is a lot, ive stop doing the slimming world diet as i feel that diet does not help you control the amount you eat as you can eat as much as you want in syn free foods, ive lost 3lb in my 1st week on this diet in which im pleased, but god help i dont think i can carry on, im hungry all the time, i feel like im not eating that much and i can feel my mood going down hill, i love my alcohol on a friday and saturday night, but i cant seem to save my calories during the week, i go to zumba twice a week and i cant increase my excersice, shall i give up or will my stomach shrink after a few weeks, im in a right delema , any advise will be greatfull xx

You need to eat more. You know it in your heart to be true.0

Also try not to think of it as a 'diet'. You shouldn't be depriving yourself of anything, that's a diet. You should be eaitng for fuel, eating for life. That's my opinion.0

How many lbs a week do you have your goals set at to lose?? Im with the others. Increase your cals. That way you are satisfied. You may not lose the weight as fast but youll be giving your body the nutrients it needs so that you no longer feel as if your on a diet but a new way of eating and the weight will stay off. Plus you can treat yourself to a few drinks now and then0
