Sushi with no rice?

I'm going to a surprise birthday party for my friend, and we're going to a local sushi joint. i know they offer sushi without any rice. it's wrapped in cucumber, and has no rice. i'm not sure how to figure out calories on it.

and what are other healthy things can i find at a sushi joint?
