Workout Tweeking help ?

Hi at the moment I am working out most days and schedule goes like this...
Monday - workout DVD - 30 day shred or hip hop abs
Tuesday - 3 mile fartleck run
Wednesday - workout DVD 30 day shred or hip hop abs
Thursday - 2 mile sprint
Friday - Long Slow run ...... currently up to 5.5 miles - increasing 0.5miles p/wk
Saturday - REST
Sunday- Workout DVD 30 day shred or hip hop abs
This is alongside 300 on the torso track (like ab crunches) 100 x 3 spread thoughout the day
Im thinking of dropping the monday dvd and changing it for a standard/constant 3 mile run at my Long Slow Run pace -
looking at advice on this - what do you all think or should I keep as it is??
Any help, comments welcome - thanks x
