I'm 18. I live with my boyfriend in our own apartment, I'm starting school in the fall. So of course my budget is really tight. Any tips or ideas on how to eat healthier on a tight budget ? Because let's face it, healthy food can be quite expensive !

    I have the same problem!
I always stock up on chicken breast when they go on sell. Same with ground turkey. If you buy regular ground beef, you can rinse and drain it. ( sounds gross, but it's not)
Also keep frozen fruits and veggies in the freezer since fresh is way more $$$

Yeah I don't eat pork or beef anyway so I always go for Turkey or Chicken based meats. And the frozen veggies and fruits are a good idea since I always see them on sale.
