I started out 45 lbs heavier then I am now back in August 2011. I started P90X and couldn't do ONE pull up. I could do MAYBE 10 push-ups. 8 months and a lot of blood, sweat and tears later, I just completed this circuit:
In 20 minutes how many reps of this circuit can you do:
2 pull-ups, then 3 push-ups, then 5 squats. (repeat)
I just did 39 reps in 20 minutes. That's
78 pull-ups
117 push-ups
195 squats
If I can do this in 8 months, so can you!

Great job! It doesn't take long but it does take DOING IT. I hear ya. When I was doing 30 day shred video and couldn't get past 2 push ups I just kept with it and did what I could and in a week I was doing 10 at once. I was shocked. Endurance raises pretty quickly too. I couldn't make it through all the jumping jacks at first and later I could have gone on after each time.0

Way to go! I'm still working on my food and eating and haven't gotten into the exercise part of my weight loss journey really yet. I do some walking but that's really it so far. Thanks for the encouragement, planning on getting out there first in the morn!0
