First real NSV

Okay..so this morning I am just about to walk out the door to go to work when I realize I can't find my keys. !@$!? Where are they. I just know I am going to be late...so I run up the stairs to see if they are in my room. Find them and then run down and out the door. I come to a screeching halt in the driveway because I realize I RAN UP AND DOWN the stairs and am not the least bit winded! WhooHooo! And hot damn! Did a happy dance in the driveway at 7:10 am !Thanks Jillian and my dearly hated elliptical!
