Moms with Babysitters....

There's a family I've been babysitting for years and I am supposed to watch the boys from 6:30 -11 am tomorrow and then they were going to a friends house for the rest of the day. The mom just texted me and said the older boy has been throwing up all day and so she can't send him to a friends house and wanted to know how long I could stay. I'm a little concerned - I don't want to be taking care of a sick kid when it puts me at risk of getting sick. I'm a massage therapist and even the sniffles or a cough is cause for me to cancel my appointments (no one wants the therapist blowing their nose during their appointment!) Is there a kind way for me to ask that the kid not be in my general area too much? or is that rude?
