Learning to push my body.

So recently i have kind of gotten into a blah exercise routine where i havent really been trying or pushing myself...and as a result my body has settled in at the same weight for like 3 months. I am in a healthy weight range but I think it would be so cool to really feel FIT. So tonight I pushed myself and ran a mile in 12 minutes (that's good for me) and kicked up the weights. My new goal is a mile in under 10 minutes. I am learning that all that is stopping me from being a fit person is my head. I can push myself so much further than I expect.

Feeling inspired!

    You can do it:) Also changing your workout routines work. Having a goal is great. Good luck and I know you can achieve your goal.
