Stuck for almost two months at the same weight

Why have I stopped losing? I al excersising and watching what I eat. Pretty sure I am eating enough. Anyone have any ideas?

    If you are keeping your excercise routine the same then mix it up. Even if you change your cardio from treadmill to elliptical it will mix your body up a little. Also increase intesity. If you want something completely new try weights or if your gym offers classes take those. Also mix up what you are eating. Try to change up your lean proteins and fruits and veggies. Your body gets used to things and needs to be restarted more or less. Feel free to message me with any questions.

    try bumping up your calories for a couple of days - nothing over the top and healthy foods, but about 400 extra calories. That usually breaks my plateaus.
