    I also just slice an apple and sprinkle with cinnamon and splenda. Cool and crunchy.

    What does bump mean?

    I'm lost too on that. All I know is that I love this recipe (apple obsessed here) and am going to have to try it out! :tongue:

    It means you are "bumping it". that way it comes up in "my topics" and you can find it for later :) I can't find a recipe I had found the other day because I didn't bump it :(((

    To take this a step further......
    Take some chicken breast, butterfly it, pound it thin, scoop the cooked apples into the middle of it, add a little fat free mozzarella cheese, and roll it up, and either tie w butcher string or pin w toothpicks. Bake for 20 mins. Remove and let sit for 5 mins, then slice and serve. Works out to about 180 Cal's per 4oz serving. Great way to cook chicken!
