Sorry. I actually cooked everything on something that's like a George Foreman grill. It's called a Lean Green Fat Reducing Grilling Machine. If you don't have one, you can either grill it, bake it or just throw it onto a nonstick pan.

I just sprayed a little non stick spray onto it and put the veggies on for a few minutes, until they got grill lines. Then did the same with the chicken until it was 165°. Put it all together inside of a FlatOut that was cut in half and then grilled that a little too.

    Ingredients:
1 cup sliced Red, green, yellow bell peppers.
    5oz chicken breast
    1/2 cup sliced red onion
    1 Light FlatOut
2 TBSP Fat Free sour cream
    2 TBSP Salsa

to keep the calories and fat even lower but be more filling to your stomach (cause we all know we want more) eat them on a white corn tortilla instead. Corn tortillas allow you 2 tortillas to equal the calories and fat of one flour one or even flat bread. I know i would rather fill up on the fillings versus the tortilla or bread. The trick to corn tortillas is to place them in a pan (no oil or spray) on low-med. heat and let them harden just a bit. Their even good for a snack wrap of PB & J !!!

I just used FlatOuts which are 90 calories and, I believe, 1.5 grams of fat. I'm unsure as to what's in the ones you're talking about but this seems pretty low as well.
