I vacillate a lot on what setting I should put myself as lightly active or active. Would you help me out as it seems calorically it is a big deal!

I am a 4th grade teacher by profession.
I have a pretty good workout schedule
M-Cardio Kickboxing 45min (approx 550 cals)
T- Lifting(30 min)+Running(30 min) (approx 600cals)
W-Cardio Kickboxing 45min (550 c)+Lifting(30 min)
R- Running 45-60min
F-Cardio Kickboxing 45 (550c)+Lifting (30 min)+Running 25min
S Cardio Kickboxing 75min (700c)+Lifting 90min+ Running 30 min
Su-Lifting 90 min Running 60min

I initially set my profile to Active and it worked fine, but I started second guessing myself. I shifted it down to Lightly Active last week, but worry I am incorrect there as well! What do you think?

I just pushed mine down to sedentary from lightly active. I am in sales and drive alot but walk alot into and out of accounts about 8-10 a day. I work out 6 -7 days a week. But I count my exercise so I figured I would set it at sedentary because I figure, it's better to underestimate than overestimate.
  • awesome thanks again. What you wrote makes perfect sense, I was having a hard time rectifying the exercise with this. I didn't connect that the calculator takes it into account. I think with being on my feet all day and going up 4 flights of stairs 10-15 times a day, I will stay at lightly active over sedentary.

thanks again, you continue to be my hero :D
