Last night on biggest loser... Jillian said she eats her sandwichs w/ mustard & Vinegar....

What/Which flavor Vinegar do they usually use on sandwiches and how do you keep your bread from getting soggy???:ohwell:

    Jillian was referring to the regular mustard and vinegar at Subway and I think Subway only has one kind of vinegar. Also to keep your bread from getting soggy, either eat it soon after you get it or maybe ask for vinegar on the side b/c your sandwich will get soggy if you leave it overnight.

    Basalmic?...I've heard it curbs hunger...along w/ apple cider vinegar

    I went to my local Port of Subs and asked them what they use... Its Red Wine Vinegar. 0 calories!!!!:drinker: I now have a bottle in my cupboard I plan to use on sandwiches, salads, baked french fries... etc. YUM! NOW i understand the trent in England of Vinegar on Chips/fries!!:heart:

    I think Vinegar does curb appetite.. that is why I eat spear dill pickles when I'm hungry but don't have many calories left.
