today is my day 4, i woke up this morning aching all over so something must be working! lol0

I am starting the 30 day shred next week, last time I did it I lost 10lbs. I do have one question (maybe a dumb one) how do you guys code it in your exercise section?
I enter as circuit training-general for 22min( I include warm up and cooldown)0 -
I just completed day 15. I'm on level 2 and am hoping to move to level 3 on Thursday. I absolutely love it and am looking into buying another one of her videos. I find it a total butt kick every day.
Have you noticed weight loss since day 1? I just finished Day 3 this morning. I have 18lb left to loose.0
