Going to Give it a Shot!

I signed up with myfitnesspal today. My food/exercise journal has been the old fasioned pen/paper notebook, but having to keep track of foods/calories consumed; exercise/calories burned gets quite difficult! I'm going to give it a shot and hopefully, using this app will make my fitness and nutrition goals easier to keep track of!

Also, I have a facebook page called: A Better You in 2012. www.facebook.com/abetteryou2012 It's a page where "fitness friends" encourage and motivate one another. If you have a chance, check it out...I'd love to have you join there as well.

    Welcome to the forum, Cindy Lou! I've found this site to be much much easier than the pen and paper method. Good luck with your journey to health. Feel free to friend request me. I still have a ways to go (50 down - 70 to go), but I try to give support and encouragement (or an e-kick in the bottom) regularly. :happy:
