Going to Give it a Shot!
I signed up with myfitnesspal today. My food/exercise journal has been the old fasioned pen/paper notebook, but having to keep track of foods/calories consumed; exercise/calories burned gets quite difficult! I'm going to give it a shot and hopefully, using this app will make my fitness and nutrition goals easier to keep track of!
Also, I have a facebook page called: A Better You in 2012. www.facebook.com/abetteryou2012 It's a page where "fitness friends" encourage and motivate one another. If you have a chance, check it out...I'd love to have you join there as well.
