Vacation....

So I know this is a long ways off but in October I will be traveling to Africa for 3 weeks. Any ideas or tips on how to stay focused and exercising??

    Hey :) I'm just about to take off to Thailand for a month. I've made myself a hotel gym room, a quick circuit I can do to work my major muscle groups using things that will be around. I'm going to do this every second day. I figure cardio will be ok as I will be swimming and walking A LOT. Re to food I'm just going to focus on fresh fruit and veggie and some kind of protein every meal. But I'm also going to enjoy my holiday :) Thinking about little things like this BEFORE you go can help you stay focused as you have a plan when you get there x

    It's my dream to go to Africa. You can get awesome traditional clothing made there cheap, with African print cloth. Just think of how much more you can do if you are in shape - hiking, dancing, etc.
