Overwhelmed

Hello everyone i have tried for years to go to the gym and work out but ive never been a good eater. Im super picky with my foods and have a lot of allergies that prevent me from getting the right nutrients. I have always been slim and always wanted to get a little more definition and tone to my body, but, everytime I try i get overwhelmed and give up. I want to do it but i dont know how with all my limitations. does anyone have any advice for a slim 26 year male who is allergic to a lot of foods and cant build muscle? lol
