I've decided that my ultimate fitness goals for this year are to run a 5k, and to ride at least a half metric century (I don't have the right sort of bike for a full century - yet). What about the rest of you? Any overall goals you're targeting?

Run a 5k race this June and October and ultimately be around 160 to 165 by the end of the year. That means I have to lose another 20 pounds this year.

Some of my goals to hit around August:
Do pull ups without any counterweight.
    Do push ups with ease.
Go a few rounds in a boxing ring.
    Long Term:
    Train others
    Educate others
    one handed push up

Get up to 40 minutes of cardio at least 4x a week. By July 1st.

A firmer fanny - so 3 sets of squats 3x a week, By August 1st.

Stay within 1410 calorie range so that I can break this plateau and
get to 145 lbs, By September 1st.

Like you - metric century on my 7 speed town bike - the ride is in October
Yoga 5x a week - I haven't set a specific yoga goal - but I would like to balance in handstand
the other one, I already reached - jog 1 mile - did it last month - first time in my life.
