Calorie percentages on Moderate Carb days

As I have posted before, I'm trying to do a few low carb days (15% of calories coming from carbs) and a high carb day (60% of calories coming from carbs), but I think I want to stick in a moderate carb day also. I just feel better when I eat fewer carbs. So, what's a good percentage for a moderate day? Would you say 30% 35%? How should I split protein and fat on those days?
Any BTDT advice?
