new to all this

I live overseas and right now my ability to get any DVD's are rather slim. I have found some stuff online though.

I have bradycardia (low heart rate) so I don't know about starting out with high impact stuff. Really, I just want to move my way up to all this, not to set myself up for failure. I have spent two weeks working on getting my calories counted and figured out, so that is doing well so far.

Suggestions for starting out? My "plan" is doing biking 10min a day for 5-6 days, then moving it up. But I don't have any ideas for strength training. Suggestions? I will probably set my goals at sticking with biking for two weeks and then add something.

Does that sound good? Really trying to figure this all out.....any suggestions? we don't have a gym in our entire county!! so that is not even plausible.....
