New to site

Hi all- New to this site but old to "trying again!"...I'm a 38yr. old mother of 2, never had a weight issue until my kids were born. Tried to lose in past but always give up, always something more important to deal with than myself. Now I'm at the point where I just don't even have motivation to start again but I KNOW I need to. I have hypothyroidism and my metabolism is horrible, letting it get the best of me. I've lost 27lbs. this past year but nothing since. Need to be "Fit by 40!"...I want to be healthy for my kids. Any help/motivation would be greatly appreciated!
