Pounds and Stone on Scales - confused..

Hey i have some WW scales and on stones it say i have lost 8lb but when i switch to pounds it says i have lost 5 pounds, im not sure which one to follow. Does anyone else have this?

  • cool then it is not just me lol i resort to using the calculator now !! say i am 11st 10 lbs bleugh as i am 11 x 14 = 154 + 10 = 164lbs.

    Yeah, just make sure you are multiplying the stones by 14 to get pounds like the lady above said. A lot of people think there are only 12 lb in a stone. I suppose we all really ought to go metric and avoid all the confusion :laugh:

    Luckily someone invented the metric system to avoid these issues.
