the app gave me a target calorie goal of 1550..i cycle everyday to work 10 miles each day, plus i cycle on the weekend..after i have been out on a ride i enter the amount of cardio done...i see then my points go up, so now from 1550 i am at 1850...there is no way i will want to eat all them cals..........so is it just a basic case of... "stu you keep up that level of exercise and you dont need to worry about that next slice of pizza.".......... not as though i eat mych junk food....due to an op i have been off my bike for 6 weeks, so now i need to shed 4kg.......................YOUR THOUGHTS PLEASE.........all the best stu (stormtrooper73)

For myself I have found out that I need to eat back the calories I burned during my exercise for the day.0
