Over 50 and doing it

My first 20 pounds gone in 2 months. I can't believe it. I guess I stepped on the scale about 12 times this morning. :laugh:

I would have never thought by clicking on that mfp app on my kindle fire I would be so life changing.

I still have a long way to go, but I know that it can be done.

If I can do this, YOU can too.

This deserves another shot of creme brulee in my coffee! (30 cal) :drinker:

    I totally agree with you ......I am 59 in april and want a healthy body to see me into my old age and I am getting there....one pound a week in progress but I am chipping away at it and will be on maintainance sometime this year. Thats the real tester for me keeping the weight off permanently....watch this space:drinker:
