Hey y'all; interesting App and forum. After a career traveling the world and eating rich/fat/high calorie food I retired and saw my metabolism change and my weight shoot up. I not only joined a gym, but also earned a graduate certificate in Senior Adult Exercise and Group training. I currently teach weight training, T'ai Chi, and QiGong. Though I have dropped 30+ pounds I want to get another 30 pounds off. For a guy my age I am in pretty good shape. Not only do I teach the above mentioned classes, but I also train with with free weights and kettles three hours per week, and put in two hours per week on ellipticals and treadmills. Unfortunately, I also have some lousy dietary habits and am working to change all that. The App says I can have 1450 cals per day. Discipline will be tough, but I am shooting for it.
