Looking to find low cal/low fat hot drinks that can be ordered at a coffee shop...once I walk in the door all the options make it hard to make the best choice...thanks!

    Green tea :) its a hot drink, and has absolutely no calories!
    skim milk soy steamers are pretty good too,
