I made these today

And they turned out ridiculously good. I doubled the recipe for 3 people and made a couple of substitutions - I used whole wheat pastry four, regular cocoa powder, I added a tablespoon chocolate protein powder, used mashed banana instead of apple sauce because I started cooking before realizing i didn't have any, I used almond milk for the liquid, and only used 1 packet of stevia to sweeten. In about 1/2 the batch I put in sliced strawberries which I really liked and I topped mine with peanut butter.
They were super quick to whip up and cook. They cooked almost like normal pancakes. The tops of mine didn't bubble, but when the edges started to look dry and cooked I flipped. They turned out great. The recipe calculator in my diary told me that w/o the strawberries or peanut butter the pancakes per person (3 in a doubled recipe) was only 121. Not bad for a chocolate breakfast!
