Yesterday and Today I had Pesto Pizza and it was so Yummy. I would love some more yummy recipes using pesto. - I had my pissa with a side salad too which bulked it out

Jus Rol - Puff Pastry Ready Rolled Sheets, 50 g uncooked
Generic - Basil Pesto,
Salad - Cherry Tomatoes, 2 tomato/es
Aldi's - Low Fat Mozzarella, 25 g
Spinich - 1/2 cup

Salad -
Mushrooms - Button,
Tomatoes - Roma Tomato, 5 oz (1 tomato)
Generic - English Cucumber, 100 mg
Lettuce - Iceburg - General, 1 cup

1 Pack of the puff pastry is enough for 4 pizzas! -
The puff pastry is 191 cals so next time I am going to swop it for a pitta bread at 110 cals this will also bring the sodium down a little

I'd usually use it just stirred through cooked pasta.

But it's also good smeared on grilled steak or lamb.

It's good as a sandwich condiment. Take some sort of meat, like ham, turkey or chicken, melt some cheese and some pesto and make a panini on a George Foreman grill.... bonus points if you add a veggie of some sort to your sandwich or use whole grain bread. :)

We made sandwiches like this at the bakery I used to work at, so good! We also made a a bread with the pesto baked right into it, kind of like when you get a cinnamon swirl bread, except for the swirl is pesto -- great with soup or salad.
