How do I log Ripped in 30?

I just started it today and it kicked my butt. I love it!!
I just don't know how to log it.
I am going to use arobics, high impact until I find out what I should do....

If you don't have a HRM, here's a formula I found on-line for JM videos:
503 x [your current weight] = X
X / 154 = Y (total number of calories burned for 60 minutes)
Y / number of minutes you did ripped in 30 or 30 day shred

I just ordered the DVD this weekend. How many minutes long is it? I did your formula Kandrews and it is showing me at 385 calories per hour, me likey!0

pretty cool. 316 per hour. The equation falls apart at:
Y / number of minutes you did ripped in 30 or 30 day shred
For me that would be 316 / 30 (minutes) = 10.533. What I'd really want to do is 316/2 = 158 calories burned n 30 minutes.0
