This morning for breakfast, my dad pan-fried a slab of bacon, then scrambled eggs in some of the leftover bacon grease. Just wonderful.

Share what you've eaten :D

I made myself and the lover a huge fry up, sausages, bacon, eggs, toast, baked beans, tomatoes with a dash of chilli and fried mushrooms and red peppers with herbs. It was delicious. He certainly deserved it. ;-)

Chicken Tikka Masala, Kabuli Naan & Keema Samosas for dinner last night. I went over on my calories but for food I love I don't regret it.

Today, I've had coffee, fish with mixed vegetables & potatoes & I'm having chicken chili for dinner (made partly so I'll have plenty of leftovers through the week for lunch).

    Sounds scrumptious!

For those of you berating yourselves for being "bad" -- don't! One weekend is very little harm done.

Yesterday I had totiino's pizza rolls. And fig newtons. YUM.

Today I had an ENORMOUS bowl of sloppy joes topped with a dollop of cheez whiz. Yes, Neon orange plastic.

And about 19837 cups of coffee.

300gram Rump Steak with Garlic Mashed Potato and steamed veges and about 7 hot chips.... then throw a cup of delicious Mushroom Gravy over the top of all of that :) My partner and I went out for tea on Saturday night and it was awesome... Love having eat out nights every once in a while.

Needless to say I didnt actually eat all of that... I was way too full to physically eat anymore which is something new for me... last year before I started MFP I woulda cleaned that whole plate up and ate a serve of garlic bread with that too...

Very proud - however sending back uneaten food that I had paid for did hurt a little... but I can't use that as an excuse anymore.
