Is there a way to get motivational pictures on my iphone?

I looove the threads on here with the pictures on, but can't get onto the computer/laptop and threads as much as I used to, I use the MFP app but I can't find a way to copy and save pictures straight onto my phone and was wondering if there actually a way to do it?

Or does anyone know of any other way I could? I spent a lot of time on my phone so I know it would be useful for me, espically as I'm having a terrible struggling time now and I've put on 6lbs - my first serious gain since I started about 6 months ago, I'm gutted! But I'm ready to get serious again now! It took me months to lose this weight so far, I'm half way to my goal now, and it took me 10 DAYS to put 6lb back on! I did alot of eating and I seriously messed up! But it's good, I've learned, I'm ready to go again!

I'm currently on the iphone 4s if thats any help. Any ideas please people? Thanks!
