So I have one week left until the wedding, obviously not looking to loose a shed load of weight, but want one final push.
I'm going to concentrate on eating clean (then skin will also look good!) but exercise wise what would be best to concentrate on? Cardio? Weights? Both?
I just want to feel like I've done everything I possibly can to look good on the big day!

I don't know, it seems that maybe you'd want to do cardio to be ready for the reception (if there's dancing) and the wedding night, because . . . well . . . you know . . .

Congratulations on your wedding!!! Drink lots of water and watch your sodium intake. As for cardio or weights I don't think it's going to make much of a difference for one week, but for long term weight loss I say both. Don't skip out on the strength training!
