here is the most up to date map as 21:35 here in the UK !!!

Ok we are going to mix a few things this week !

Tuesday this week will be a double DAY !!!!! all your team Cals will count double !!!!

Friday is going to be ATTACK DAY !!!

For those new to the games, Attack day is the captains can "attack" another team/ boat.

To do this the captains can PM the captain of another team and tell them they are being attacked.,.... that captain must then send back the miles that there highest burning team member has given that day. this is then added to that team total (basically counting for an extra person that day)

The team attacked can still count the miles for their full team..........

Bumping... We know who we plan to attack -- ha, ha! And... since I know that the whole team is going to be burning cals like nobody's business -- even if attacked -- I'm pretty sure we'll get a good bene from this one!
