I also plan everything in the morning, I also enter the excerise that I plan to do for the day. The reason why I do this is because it gets me out the door because I have already technically commited to it. I feel like I have let myself down if I dont go...

I find this is a fantastic motivational tool and it keeps me on track throughout the week.

I try to plan one-two days in advance and adjust as I go along. It keeps me on track better!
  • I also like to plan my day's menu going by what's left in my fridge and pantry. Then I can tweak my portion sizes to make sure I'm just over my calories for the day.

I do it during the day once I figure out what I want to make for supper. I do it so I can plan out sensible meals and figure out how much I will have left over for snacks and if I'd like to take an extra walk to earn some more calories.

I do so much better when planning in advance. Lunch is the hardest for me. I sometimes leave that one blank until I know what I want. I try to log the night before

I log my day in advance too!! Keeps me inspired and I can check calories etc.. before I indulge and get a nasty surprise

Also If I log breakfast and lunch in advance it helps knowing what I can do for dinner without going over allowance.

I do the same yes, and it's more helpful for me this way and more motivating.

I even plan for days ahead, sometimes for the whole week :D
