Isagenix...success? Thoughts?

I am about 13-15 lbs from my goal weight and recently sprained my ankle and tore ligaments in my ankle and lower calf. I am looking at 6 weeks recovery before I can start running.

I am wondering if this might be a good idea to try a cleanse to stay on track.

I will also be working on abs, arms, some back and lots of stretching!

Any thoughts?

I have heard great things about the benefits of Isagenix products...
