30 minute Push

Today I worked out for 30 minutes I realized I was able to push myelf alot harder. I sweat way more then i normally do when I cardio for 1 hour. I was even able to burn way mor calories. When I would work out for an hour i was hardly ever near the 320calorie mark half way thru my 60 minutes. I put the idea in my head to work out harder due to the time constraint I started at 3.7 speed and 10 % incline and at my 20 minute mark I increased to 15 %. It felt amazing. I may try the 30 minute workout before work and the other 30 after. WOOT WOOT!!!
