I am a single mother working full time. I have been eating lean cuisines alot for lunch at work but they are so high in sodium that I almost always go over. Any ideas for something else quick and easy? Thanks

I've been making a batch of bulgur or quinoa on Sundays, and having 1/2 to 1 C. of that with a cup of whatever frozen or fresh veg I'm in the mood for. I top it with an ounce of reduced fat feta, or gouda.
I am starting to get bored with that, so I have a batch of black bean soup cooking right now. I'll have a cup of that with a salad or fruit and cheese this week.
Interested in seeing what others are doing too!0 -
make a little tuna at home and bring a thin bagel roll.
put together at work so not soggy
a can of tuna and a roll, 200ish cal, ad light miracle whip, ad 20 caloires, light mayo ad 40, reg mayo add 90
egg salad good too, but more prep time at home, same at the office
quick and easy though.0
