Kinect Workouts

Starting tomorrow i am going to try working out with the kinect.,I have UFC Trainer. Looking for some feed back if any one elese works out with kinect games if so does it work? What other work out games and some results. Well im new and need to lose this weight hope for some feedback. Cheers
