Not hungry--but have to push something else down...

It's 8:00 at night...I spent two hours grocery shopping and by the time I got home, got everything put away, and pointed my 15 year old son in the direction of the pizza, I just wasn't hungry. I made myself eat a Lean Cuisine, but now I'm still 400+ calories under and I'm just not hungry.

Do you guys think it's okay to just be under one day? If not, what do you do when you know you're under, but you're not really hungry?

    one day won't kill ya if you really think you can't eat, but don't make it a habit.

    I have days like this occasionally...just don't make it a habit and I usually just drink something that's not water to try and get a couple more calories in

    Juice! I didn't think of that! :happy:

    I have a jug of black cherry/grape juice in the fridge for my son. I'll drink a glass without cutting it with 2/3 sparkling water as I usually do. There's a good 140 calories right there!
