hi everyone. i just signed up with myfitnesspal on tuesday and though it's been two days i totally love it. for the past two weeks i have been trying to work out everyday. i'm slowly learning to love jogging on the treadmill. i love how great i feel after a good workout.

i'm hoping to lose 40 lbs. and i love how this website allows me to see how many calories i consume. it's so much easier than doing it all by hand.

I just did this. Go to your ticker to get the code (it's the top one for the forum--the bottom one is for html). Copy the code, then go to settings (it's on the "My Home" tab). Click on the "change forum signature" and paste in the code you just copied.

Then post something and see if it worked.
