Hi. This is my first post. Been using MFP for my mobile phone for a month. Great app helped me get track my diet and progress. Anyway I'm 29 started feeling the effects of my poor health and decided to change it . A month ago quit smoking, quit caffeine, started a 2000 cal diet and started working out. In the last 4 weeks I went from 264 to 248. WOW. So dropped 16 lbs. I stand 5'10 so my goal is 185 ish. The food aspect of my diet has been easy to grasp. I was a chef for last 9 years and have been educated in nutrition so I know the right way to eat, Just didn't care to in the past. Well nice to be here ill try and share some recipes since honestly I have not ate a bad meal since I started my diet. I'm currently averaging 1600 cal a day and I never thought dieting could be an enjoyable endeavor.
